abstract Two different RF frequency ranges or bands are used, respectively, a positioning RF frequency and an imaging RF frequency. Different types of magnetic resonance signals are acquired in each of these RF frequency ranges. At the positioning RF frequency, the sensitivity to the position of the intervention device is high.
