abstract | In the cement clinker manufacturing apparatus and method according to the present invention, raw material powder is preheated in a heat exchanger and burned in a kiln to produce a cement clinker, and the exhaust gas from the kiln is converted into the heat exchanger. And continuously flowing through the catalytic converter, the exhaust gas is analyzed at least one of before and after the catalytic converter, and the preheated raw powder is pre-calcined in a calciner. Furthermore, for catalytic exhaust gas purification, the calciner equipment has the effect of generating a higher exhaust gas temperature, improving throughput.
