abstract The present invention relates to a defrosting dry wiping material obtained by impregnating a textile surface with a liquid surfactant. The present invention is also a method of anti-fogging treatment on certain surfaces, especially transparent or reflective surfaces, which transfers the surfactant onto the surface to be treated during a simple wiping operation. It is also related to the anti-fogging treatment method.
