[Solution] A sampler device is disclosed for extracting, collecting and dispensing blood samples. The device includes a lancet (50) supported by a piston (40) movable within the cylinder (30) and expelling the lancet distally from the cylinder, and then moving the piston and lancet opposite the distal direction.
