abstract | The present invention discloses a spinach seed extract having apoptosis-inducing, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects. The said extract is obtained by the following method: Extracting the seeds of sagittal with ethanol twice, combining these extracts and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a brown powdery extract; Is extracted three times with ethyl ether, ethyl acetate and butanol as extraction solvents; the ethyl ether fraction is concentrated to obtain a brown oil; the brown oil is applied to a silica gel column.
