titleOfInvention A method of performing at least one of enrichment or separation of prokaryotic DNA using a protein that specifically binds to DNA containing an unmethylated CpG motif
abstract The present invention relates to a method for performing at least one of separation and concentration of prokaryotic DNA, the method comprising (a) specifically binding at least one prokaryotic DNA present in a solution to the prokaryotic DNA. And a step of forming a protein-DNA complex by contacting the wild-type CGPB protein with a protein having a homology of 25% to 35%, and (b) a step of separating the complex. The invention also relates to a kit for carrying out said method.
