The present invention relates to a method of covalently immobilizing a biomolecule on an organic surface with a photoreactive cross-linking agent used to covalently immobilize the biomolecule on the organic surface. This immobilization is performed by application of the probe biomolecule and the photoreactive polymer and subsequent crosslinking process. |
