abstract The present invention relates to benzothiazole-4,7-dione and benzoxazole-4,7-dione derivatives and intermediates thereof monosubstituted at the 5- or 6-position with an optionally substituted amino group. It relates to the manufacturing method. The above derivatives are Cdc25 phosphatase inhibitors and can be used for the manufacture of cancer therapeutics. The derivative is preferably the following benzothiazole-4,7-dione: 2- (2-chloro-6-fluorophenyl) -5-{[2- (dimethylamino) ethyl] amino} -1,3-benzo Thiazole-4,7-dione and 2- (2-chloro-6-fluorophenyl) -5-[(2-pyrrolidin-1-ylethyl) amino] -1,3-benzothiazole-4,7-dione.
