abstract | The present invention is a method for producing enzyme particles from an aqueous purified enzyme solution, wherein (a) a step of performing ion exchange chromatography while leaving the target enzyme in the solution, and (b) adjusting to an appropriate concentration. And (c) a granulation step. If necessary, a coating step (d) may be incorporated. Since the enzyme particles are obtained from the enzyme concentrate which has been gently decolorized and deodorized by chromatography in this way, the enzyme particles have an advantageous effect. When the particles are coated to obtain light colored particles, the coating layer can be formed using less pigment than previously required. The particles have increased elasticity due to the coating, and are difficult to powder. The particles of the present invention are particularly suitable for use in detergents and cleaning agents. |
