PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplex analysis method for a molecular structure of a sample. A plurality of sample wells are disposed on a substrate. A plurality of electrodes are formed on the first side surface of the substrate 20. The electrode is disposed on the side surface of the substrate 20 opened to the sample well. The electrode includes a working electrode, a counter electrode, and optionally a reference electrode. At least two sample wells include a plurality of working electrodes. A plurality of electrodes are formed to perform electrochemical analysis of sample wells coupled in a multiplex fashion. A plurality of electrodes are electrically coupled as an interface to the sample analysis system. The interface of the sample analysis system can include a coupling part and a connection part. The sample analysis system performs electrochemical analysis by controlling signals from multiple electrodes. [Selection] Figure 5 |
