Terrain compound having melanin biosynthesis inhibitory activity and method for producing the same |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a melanin biosynthesis inhibitor containing a terrain compound and a method for producing the terrain compound. The terrain compound can be easily produced through the strain KCTC26245 of the genus Kabipenicillium that inhabits the soil in Korea. ) Promotes the activity and suppresses the expression of MITF (microphthalmia-associated transcription factor) to show a whitening effect. The inhibitory action on melanin biosynthesis is stronger than existing substances and the mechanism of action is different. A synergistic effect can be expected at the time of compounding application, and it can be usefully used as a skin disease treatment agent, skin whitening agent or browning prevention agent. |
