The present invention provides an inorganic electrolyte sheet suitable for use in a fuel cell and a texture electrolyte sheet suitable for use in a solid oxide fuel cell. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an electrolyte sheet includes bodies of various thicknesses, the electrolyte sheet having a textured surface having a plurality of protruding features. The protruding shape portion forms an undercut angle with respect to the normal line of the electrolyte sheet. The undercut angle is greater than 0 degrees and less than 15 degrees.
