abstract | The present invention provides a method for purifying nucleic acid samples treated with bisulfite, which uses size exclusion techniques and size exclusion devices. The present invention provides a method for preparing a nucleic acid sample comprising: providing a nucleic acid comprising at least one cytosine nucleobase; contacting the nucleic acid with a bisulfite conversion reagent; and size-excluding the contacted nucleic acid. A method is provided that includes purifying using a device, thereby forming a purified sample. |
