titleOfInvention | Method for hydrocyanation of unsaturated compounds |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for hydrocyanating an unsaturated compound into an unsaturated mononitrile compound or dinitrile compound. More specifically, the present invention relates to a process for producing dinitriles by double hydrocyanation of diolefins such as butadiene, including recovery and separation of the catalyst system. The process for preparing dinitriles by hydrocyanating unsaturated compounds of the present invention comprises an organometallic comprising one or more monodentate organophosphite ligands and one or more bidentate organophosphorus ligands. Including at least one hydrocyanation step in the presence of a catalyst system comprising a complex and optionally a Lewis acid type promoter, and distilling the reaction components used in the process or the compound produced by the reaction from a medium comprising said catalyst system At least one separation step. |
