A stripping solution for an alignment film for a liquid crystal panel comprising at least one hydroxyl group-containing primary amine (D) selected from the group and water. [Chemical 3] In the formula, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are each a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 24 carbon atoms or a group represented by — (R 5 O—) p H, and R 5 has 2 carbon atoms. -4 alkylene group, p represents the integer of 1-6.
