abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a moisture-permeable and waterproof fabric that has excellent moisture permeability and waterproofness, and has a low environmental load by using a water-based resin and a water repellent. In a moisture permeable waterproof fabric in which a film having both moisture permeability and waterproof properties is laminated on at least one side of the fabric, the fabric is formed of a water based resin on a fabric subjected to a water based water repellent treatment. The water pressure resistance by the JIS L-1092 hydrostatic pressure method is 10 kpa or more, and the moisture permeability by the JIS L-1099 calcium chloride method (A-1 method) is 2000 g / m 2 · 24 hours or more. A moisture-permeable and waterproof fabric with a moisture permeability of 8000 g / m 2 · 24 hours or more according to the JIS L-1099 potassium acetate method (B-1 method). [Selection figure] None
