abstract The present invention provides a lid with a reseal function that has excellent food hygiene, has good easy-opening properties, and has resealability only by pressure and pressure bonding with hands and fingers, and a resealable package using the same. A surface resin layer (A), an adhesive resin layer (B), a release resin layer (C) and a heat seal resin layer (D) are formed of (A) / (B) / (C) / (D). A cover material using a multilayer film laminated in order, wherein the adhesive resin layer (B) is composed mainly of a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer and a tackifier, and the heat seal resin layer (D) When the heat sealing portion of the object to be sealed is heat sealed, and then the lid material is peeled from the heat sealing portion, the adhesive resin layer (B) and the release resin layer (C) are formed in the heat sealing portion.
