titleOfInvention | Nucleic acid recovery method |
abstract | The present invention provides a nucleic acid recovery method capable of recovering a nucleic acid containing a nucleic acid quickly, conveniently and highly purified without reducing the yield. A first step for promoting the release of nucleic acid from a nucleic acid-containing material, a second step for mixing a released nucleic acid and a substance that promotes binding of the nucleic acid to a solid phase, a mixed solution and a nucleic acid-binding solid substance. A third step for contacting the phase, a fourth step for separating the solid phase and the liquid, a fifth step for washing the solid phase to which the nucleic acid is bound with a solution containing a salt, and a step for eluting the nucleic acid from the solid phase. 6 steps. According to the present invention, a nucleic acid having a purity suitable for genetic testing or genetic analysis can be recovered quickly and easily without using a dangerous substance.
