titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of resin-bonded magnet and resin-bonded magnet |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin by compression molding capable of imparting good anisotropy even at a practically low orientation magnetic field strength, having a high residual magnetic flux density and a high maximum energy product, and having excellent mechanical strength and capable of accommodating a small shape. It is an object of the present invention to provide a coupled magnet and a manufacturing method thereof. A composition for a resin-bonded magnet for compression molding, comprising a magnetic powder containing an earth element (A) and a resin binder mainly composed of a thermosetting resin (B) having radical polymerization reactivity. The thermosetting resin (B) is diluted with the reactive crosslinkable monomer (C), mixed with the magnetic powder (A) to form a slurry, and the resin-bonded magnet composition in the slurry state is subjected to a wet magnetic field. In a production method in which molding is performed by a medium compression molding method, a reactive crosslinkable monomer is filled in a mold in advance, a magnetic field is applied, and then the resin-bound magnet composition in the slurry state is injected.
