titleOfInvention | Display optical filter manufacturing method, display optical filter, display including the same, and plasma display panel |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing an optical filter with an electrode part, which can easily form an earth electrode part. An uncured hard coat containing an ultraviolet curable resin composition on the entire surface of a transparent substrate provided with a conductive layer comprising a mesh-like metal layer and a surrounding frame-like metal layer on the surface. A functional layer such as a layer is formed, the surface of the transparent substrate on which the conductive layer is not formed is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, and the uncured functional layer provided on the frame-like metal layer is removed with a solvent. The manufacturing method of the optical filter for displays which has the conductive layer which protruded to the circumference as an electrode part including the process A which exposes a frame-shaped metal layer.
