abstract The friction contact surface has sufficient wear resistance when the one-way clutch is idling, and is capable of being engaged with as high a friction force as possible when the clutch is engaged. The one-way clutch has a high frictional force that is stable when coupled. An outer ring 11 that is press-fitted into an inner diameter surface of a pulley 1, an inner ring 12 that is incorporated inside the outer ring 11, an engagement element 13 that is incorporated between the two rings 11 and 12, and the engagement element 13 are Grease to be lubricated in the grease lubrication one-way clutch 10 comprising a retainer 14 for retaining and an elastic member 15 for biasing the engagement element 13 in the engagement direction, and lubricating the friction engagement surface of the engagement element 13 with grease. Is a grease containing 0.1 to 20% by weight of a finely divided alkali metal molybdate having a maximum particle size of 0.1 to 50 μm in a dispersed state.
