abstract |
It is an object of the present invention to obtain a polypeptide that can be easily expressed, solubilized and reconstituted in prokaryotes and has a stem cell differentiation-inhibiting activity. A polypeptide obtained from the sequence of human Delta1 is expressed in a minimal unit in a prokaryotic cell and purified using a denaturing agent and a reducing agent to obtain a desired polypeptide having stem cell differentiation inhibitory activity. Obtainable. [Selection figure] None |
