【Task】 Cells and culture broth enter the structure and can hold cells three-dimensionally, and the porosity is high enough to allow the culture broth to pass through, or many stem cells and hematopoietic cells grow. A cell scaffold material similar to bone marrow is provided. [Solution] A cell scaffold material comprising a sponge-like three-dimensional structure having a porosity of 80% or more and 99.99% or less made of a nanofiber having a number average diameter of 1 nm or more and less than 1000 nm made of a synthetic polymer. Prepares a fiber dispersion by dispersing nanofibers made of a synthetic polymer and having a number average diameter of 1 nm to 1000 nm in a dispersion medium, and then removes the dispersion medium by drying the fiber dispersion and has voids.
