abstract | A semiconductive belt capable of suppressing generation of crack ghost and an image forming apparatus equipped with the semiconductive belt are provided. A semiconductive belt of the present invention has a base material layer made of an elastic body and a protective layer laminated on the base material layer, and the protective layer has a thickness of the base material layer. The ratio of the layer thickness is 0.04 or less, and the difference between the tensile permanent strain of the semiconductive belt body and the tensile permanent strain of the base material layer is 0.6% or less.
