abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a foamed lubricant that can be used even in places where external stress such as compression and bending is difficult to use, and a method for producing the same. A foaming lubricant obtained by foaming and curing a mixture containing a lubricating component, a liquid rubber having a hydroxyl group in the molecule, a curing agent, and a foaming agent, wherein the mixture is based on the entire mixture. The lubricating component is 1% by weight to 80% by weight, the liquid rubber is 5% by weight to 80% by weight, the curing agent is an isocyanate compound, the foaming agent is water, and the mixture is slippery. The mixture is sealed around the moving member, and the mixture is foamed and cured. [Selection figure] None
