titleOfInvention | Polyurethane foam |
abstract | Disclosed is a polyurethane foam that has low density, good hardness and heat moldability, can suppress discoloration, and is excellent in water repellency. A polyurethane foam is obtained by reacting, foaming and curing a raw material of a polyurethane foam containing polyols, polyisocyanates, a foaming agent and a catalyst. Examples of the polyol include a polymer polyol obtained by graft polymerization of a vinyl monomer to a polyether polyol, a polyether polyol having a molecular weight of 400 to 1000 obtained by addition polymerization of an alkylene oxide to a polyhydric alcohol, and a polyol derived from vegetable oil. Furthermore, the raw material of the polyurethane foam contains a hydrate of an inorganic compound. The polyol preferably further contains a polyether polyol having a molecular weight of 2000 to 4000 obtained by addition polymerization of a polyhydric alcohol with an alkylene oxide.
