titleOfInvention Working electrode and photoelectric conversion element
abstract Provided is a photoelectric conversion element in which reverse current is suppressed without increasing internal resistance and photoelectric conversion efficiency is improved. A photoelectric conversion element 20 according to the present invention includes a working electrode 10 that functions as a window electrode, and a counter electrode 16 that is disposed to face the working electrode through an electrolyte layer 17 at least in part. The working electrode comprises a transparent base material 11, a transparent conductive film 12 disposed on one surface of the transparent base material, and a reverse current prevention layer disposed so as to overlap the transparent conductive film. 13 and a porous oxide semiconductor layer 14 disposed so as to overlap the reverse current prevention layer and at least partially supporting a sensitizing dye, wherein the reverse current prevention layer is made of a non-insulating material. It is characterized by becoming. [Selection] Figure 2
