PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complicate an apparatus when a plurality of heat storage containers are interlocked with on / off of a switch for canceling supercooling. Moreover, if the supercooling of the whole heat storage container is cancelled | released with one switch, the speed which uses heat will become slow. SOLUTION: A heat storage material 20 is accommodated in a space above the container 3 and the flow of a heat medium flowing outside the container 3 is reversed during heat storage and heat utilization, so that the seed crystal holding unit 13 is stored during heat storage. In the space, the seed crystal holding part 13 has a seed crystal moving means for moving into the heat storage material 20 when heat is used. [Selection] Figure 1 |
