titleOfInvention Method for producing foam rubber
abstract The present invention provides a method for producing foamed rubber, which makes it possible to obtain a uniform foamed rubber by making the moisture content in rubber dough at a vulcanization temperature constant and eliminating the fluctuation. In a method for producing foamed rubber, in which a foaming agent is added to raw rubber, and the raw material rubber is vulcanized, the foaming agent is decomposed at the vulcanization temperature to foam a rubber fabric. 3 to 9 parts by weight of hydrotalcite is added to the part. As a suitable example, the addition amount of hydrotalcite is 5 to 7 parts by weight. The polymer constituting the raw rubber is EPDM. In addition, the raw rubber contains a thermoplastic elastomer in addition to the polymer. [Selection figure] None
