titleOfInvention | Amino group-containing silsesquioxane protected with triorganosilyl group |
abstract | The following general formula (1) (However, R 1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and may be the same or different. K is an integer of 1 to 10, m and n are each an integer of 0 to 14, and m + n is an integer of 8 to 14.) An amino group-containing silsesquioxane protected with a triorganosilyl group represented by the formula: [Effect] According to the present invention, a trialkoxysilane having a trialkylsilyl group-protected amino group is hydrolyzed and condensed in the presence of a solvent and a basic catalyst to thereby have a trialkylsilyl group-protected amino group having a stable structure. Silsesquioxane can be produced with high yield by a simple operation. [Selection figure] None |
