abstract |
The present invention provides a method for efficiently producing acetic acid bacteria-type ceramide, which is expected to have physiological effects such as a beautifying skin effect, by increasing the content of ceramide in acetic acid bacteria. The acetic acid bacteria after culturing is maintained at pH 2.0 to 8.0, temperature 4 to 70 ° C., 3 hours to 7 days, and acetic acid bacteria ceramide in acetic acid bacteria is converted to conventional 10-30. A method for increasing acetic acid bacteria type ceramide that can be contained at double and high concentrations has been developed.
