titleOfInvention | Nucleic acid extraction apparatus and nucleic acid extraction method |
abstract | A nucleic acid extraction apparatus and method capable of rapidly extracting a nucleic acid from a sample containing a nucleic acid with high nucleic acid recovery efficiency and purity. A nucleic acid extraction instrument 11 is held on a stand 41 through a rib 19 (A). The solution is carried into the first container 15 from the first opening 14 by the carrying pipette tip 42. The pressurizing / depressurizing device 43 for controlling the pressure in the first container 15 and the second container 13 is brought into close contact with the first opening 14 and the second opening 12 via the connecting member 44 (B). The inside of the first container 15 is pressurized by the pressurizing / depressurizing device 43, the inside of the second container 13 is decompressed, and the solution moves from the container 15 to the container 13 through the solid phase 16 (C). The operation of moving the solution through the solid phase 16 is performed an appropriate number of times, and the pressurizing / depressurizing device 43 is removed from the first and second openings 14 and 12. The solution that has moved to the second container 13 is sucked from the second opening 12 by the carry-out pipette tip 45 and carried out of the instrument 11 (D). [Selection] Figure 4 |
