titleOfInvention | Process for producing optically active α-aminophosphonic acid or derivative thereof |
abstract | To provide a production method capable of producing optically active α-aminophosphonic acid and a derivative thereof with high enantioselectivity even when a general phosphonic acid or a derivative thereof is used. An optically active α-aminophosphonic acid or derivative thereof is highly enantioselectively obtained by using an optically active aluminum (salalene) complex as a catalyst and asymmetric hydrophosphonylation of an imine compound with phosphonic acid or a derivative thereof. Can be manufactured. In addition, an imine compound can be implemented also when not only aromatic imine but aliphatic imine and alicyclic imine are used. The obtained optically active α-aminophosphonic acid or derivative thereof has a specific physiological activity and is useful as a pharmaceutical product such as an enzyme inhibitor or an intermediate thereof.
