A non-aqueous electrolyte contains at least a carbonate having at least one of an unsaturated bond and a halogen atom and a compound represented by the following general formula (1). (In the formula (1), X represents a halogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group. When X is an alkyl group or an aryl group, it may be further substituted with a halogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group. Represents an integer of 1 to 6.
