titleOfInvention | RESIN COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: For environment-friendly electrical insulation that has excellent curability and air drying properties, has a good dielectric breakdown voltage retention rate during thermal degradation, good adhesion to electric wires, and good workability during varnish treatment Provided are a suitable resin composition and a method for producing an electrical equipment insulator using the resin composition. SOLUTION: (A) Low molecular weight polyesterimide, (B) An epoxy compound having one or more epoxy groups in a molecule and an α, β-unsaturated monobasic acid are reacted to form an unsaturated epoxy ester resin. Low molecular modified unsaturated epoxy ester resin obtained by reacting 2 to 10 mol% of unsaturated acid anhydride with respect to the hydroxyl group of the obtained unsaturated epoxy ester resin, (C) unsaturated in the molecule A resin mixture comprising a high-boiling-point reactive monomer having a group and (D) a surface modifier as essential materials, and a method for producing an electrical equipment insulator using the resin composition.
