abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible metal-clad laminate excellent in dimensional stability and a method for producing the same. A film-like joining member having a total thickness of 5 to 15 μm in which an adhesive layer containing a thermoplastic polyimide is formed on one or both sides of a polyimide film is bonded to a metal foil by a hot roll laminating apparatus having a pair of metal rolls. When the adhesive bonding member is bonded, the tension of the film-shaped laminated member is 0.1 to 1 N / cm, and the film-shaped bonding member is conveyed by an expander roll before the metal foil and the adhesive bonding member are bonded. A flexible metal-clad laminate with excellent dimensional stability can be manufactured. [Selection] Figure 1 |
