abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing an optical recording medium in which separation between a stamper and a transfer layer is good when producing an optical recording medium having an uneven intermediate layer. A first recording medium 100 in which a recording / reproducing functional layer 2 and a lower intermediate layer 3 are sequentially laminated on a substrate 1 is formed. On the other hand, a film of an ultraviolet curable resin applied to the surface of a stamper 4 having an uneven shape. The transfer layer laminated stamper 200 having the transfer layer 6 cured in a low oxygen concentration atmosphere after being semi-cured is formed, and then the first recording medium 100 is placed so that the lower intermediate layer 3 and the transfer layer 6 face each other. A method of manufacturing an optical recording medium in which the stamper 4 is peeled off after the transfer layer laminated stamper 200 is bonded. [Selection] Figure 1-2 |
