abstract |
A compact and high-density multilayer optical waveguide with good flatness is provided. Two or more optical waveguides each including a plurality of cores and a clad formed so as to surround the cores and having a center-to-center distance (core pitch) in a planar direction of 62.5 μm or more and 500 μm or less.
