Kind Code: A1 A photocurable transfer sheet that is advantageous for manufacturing a high capacity optical information recording medium such as a DVD having a thin thickness, and after the sheet is cured, the transfer layer of the cured transfer sheet has a silver alloy or the like. To provide a photocurable transfer sheet in which a stamper can be easily peeled off without being peeled from the reflective layer, and thus an accurate shape of an uneven signal surface such as a pit can be easily obtained. A photocurable transfer sheet having a photocurable transfer layer made of a photocurable composition that can be deformed by pressurization, wherein the photocurable composition serves as a lubricant and contains a phosphorus atom-containing compound (generally a phosphorous compound).
