abstract |
The present invention provides a chromium-free coated steel sheet having good workability, hardness and corrosion resistance and having a matte appearance without using any chromate treatment or chromium-based anticorrosive pigment. An undercoat containing 5 to 30% by mass of a non-chromium rust preventive pigment (eg, aluminum tripolyphosphate) on at least one surface of a zinc-plated steel sheet after being ground-treated by a non-chromium chemical conversion treatment. A coating film is formed, on which 5-40% by mass of porous silica particles having an oil absorption of 100-1000 ml / 100 g, a specific surface area of 200-1000 m 2 / g, and an average particle size of 2-30 μm are rust-preventing pigments.
