abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a reagent for BCAA measurement, a reagent for TYR measurement, or a reagent for BTR measurement that is stable for a long time in a solution state. A liquid for measuring total branched-chain amino acids, characterized in that, in a reagent for measuring total branched-chain amino acids using an enzyme, a total branched-chain amino acid-degrading enzyme and a color source with reduced nonspecific color development coexist. It is a liquid reagent for BCAA measurement by using a reagent or a BCAA-degrading enzyme and a color source as separate formulations. Moreover, the reagent for measuring tyrosine using an enzyme is a liquid reagent for tyrosine measurement, characterized by coexisting a tyrosine-degrading enzyme and a metal salt. These are liquid reagents for measuring the total branched chain amino acid / tyrosine molar ratio that calculate the total branched chain amino acid / tyrosine molar ratio using the total branched chain amino acid measuring liquid reagent and / or the tyrosine measuring liquid reagent.
