titleOfInvention Physical information acquisition method and physical information acquisition device
abstract In an imaging apparatus, a visible light color image can be acquired with higher sensitivity with a simple configuration and calculation. The visible light region is wavelength-separated through filters C1, C2, and C3 for color image acquisition, and is detected by a first detection unit for each wavelength, and more than through filters C1, C2, and C3. Detection is performed by the second detection unit as a pixel for high sensitivity through the filter C4 so as to achieve high sensitivity. Based on the signals SC1, SC2, and SC3 of the respective wavelengths detected by the first detection unit through the filters C1, C2, and C3, signals indicating measurement amounts are acquired, and the signals indicating the measurement amounts and the second detection unit are used. Sensitivity correction calculation is performed on the signals SC1, SC2, and SC3 of the respective wavelengths detected by the first detector using the detected high-sensitivity first wavelength region component signal.
