In a latex holding chamber of a microfluidic chip, adsorption of latex particles to an inner wall surface is suppressed, and measurement accuracy of a latex agglutination turbidimetry is improved. A microfluidic chip according to the present invention is a microfluidic chip used in a latex agglutination turbidimetric method in which a microanalysis of a liquid sample is performed with a latex reagent. The absolute value of the surface zeta potential on one inner wall surface is 20 mV or more. [Selection] Figure 1 |
