titleOfInvention Oxide superconducting conductor
abstract Provided is an oxide superconductor having excellent superconducting characteristics using a base material having a thermal expansion coefficient close to that of an oxide superconductor and having little precipitation of a Mo-rich compound. A polycrystalline intermediate thin film is provided on a metal substrate made of a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy having a Mo content of 2 to 13% by mass, and an oxide superconductor thin film is formed on the polycrystalline intermediate thin film. An oxide superconductor characterized by being provided. [Selection] Figure 1
