titleOfInvention | Sample preparation method for biomolecule-containing sample |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to form a complex with a "capture" molecule that specifically binds to a molecule to be measured, a minute amount of the molecule to be measured present in a sample solution, and concentrate (separate) the complex. Provide separation / recovery means that do not affect the resolution of isoelectric focusing, the quantitative performance in mass spectrometry, and the measurement sensitivity, and the recovery in the step of releasing and recovering molecules. Providing a method for preparing a sample for mass spectrometry by subjecting the molecule to be separated to isoelectric focusing by biochip after the process. As a means for detaching and recovering a measurement target molecule from a complex of a measurement target molecule and a “capture” molecule, the “capture” molecule in the complex does not cause denaturation of the measurement target molecule itself. An agent that selectively changes the structure of the “capture” molecule is allowed to act on the “capture” molecule, and a detachment means that loses the ability of the “capture” molecule to bind to the molecule to be measured is utilized.
