The present invention provides an intermediate product isolation method capable of easily obtaining an unstable intermediate product with good yield. In a reaction in which a final product is obtained from a starting material through an intermediate product in a solvent, the reaction product is in equilibrium with the intermediate product, and the amount in the reaction system is higher than that of the intermediate product. By adsorbing a large amount of the second intermediate product to the adsorbent and converting the second intermediate product into the intermediate product and desorbing it from the adsorbent, generally an unstable intermediate product can be easily obtained at a high yield.
