Novel acene-based organosilyl compound and method for producing the same |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel acene-based organic silyl compound (in particular, a compound having a large ring structure with high conductivity) having a reactive silyl group bonded to the terminal and a simple and high-yield production method thereof. A method for producing an acene-based organic silyl compound having a reactive silyl group bonded to a terminal, wherein an acene-based compound having a halogen substituent at the terminal is reacted with a hydrosilane. Preferably, the reaction is carried out in the presence of a group 8A transition metal catalyst such as a rhodium catalyst and a base. |
