titleOfInvention Transfer method for transferring a pattern to a transfer object and transfer sheet used in this method
abstract An object of the present invention is to closely transfer a pattern onto a surface of a three-dimensional object to be transferred in a wide area and transfer the pattern cleanly. The pattern is neatly transferred while realizing excellent durability. In the transfer method, a transfer sheet 2 is brought into close contact with the surface of a transfer target 1 and an ink layer 24 of the transfer sheet 2 is transferred to the transfer target 1. The transfer method is as follows. The transfer sheet 2 is formed on a surface of a base material sheet 21 made of a urethane elastomer sheet having an elongation at break of 30% or more and an elastic recovery rate of 10% or less via a release layer 22 that can be expanded and contracted. The transfer sheet 2 is used in which the ink layer 24 is provided, and the ink layer 24 is used as a stretchable ink layer in which a fine innumerable convex portion 24A is provided and a thin film stretchable portion 24B is provided around the convex portion 24A. In the transfer method, the transfer sheet 2 is brought into close contact with the surface of the transfer target 1, the ink layer 24 is transferred to the transfer target 1, and the ink layer 24 and the release layer 22 are attached to the surface of the transfer target 1. The urethane elastomer sheet of the base sheet 21 is removed. [Selection] Figure 4
