titleOfInvention | Ink-jet printing decoration method for lacquerware, lacquerware and Buddhist wares. |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorating method in which lacquerware, lacquerware, and Buddhist ware are directly decorated or printed on an object to be painted by a computer-controlled inkjet printing method, and gold powder or gold foil is adhered thereon. To do. A reworking lacquer that has been reworked until the particle size of the lacquer emulsion is reduced to 1 micron or less by a kneading device, or a kneading device for the reworked lacquer and a one-component tamping urethane or epoxy paint. Using urethane-modified lacquer or epoxy-modified lacquer that has been processed until the emulsion particle size of the lacquer becomes 1 micron or less as a draft ink, characters and drawings laid out in advance are directly printed by a computer-controlled inkjet printer. A printing process for draft printing on the object to be coated, a drying process in which the object to be draft-printed by the printing process is left in a humidified dryer with a humidity of 70% to 80% RH, and gold powder just before touch drying. It consists of a decoration process in which it is glazed or gold leaf is applied. [Selection figure] None |
