Anti-E type botulinum neurotoxin antibody |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody that specifically binds to an E-type botulinum neurotoxin that is useful for diagnosis or treatment of a disease relating to an E-type botulinum infection or an E-type botulinum neurotoxin. A mouse monoclonal antibody that neutralizes botulinum neurotoxin E is provided. The VH region and VL region gene constituting the antibody molecule is cloned from the antibody-producing cells, and various antibodies such as a humanized antibody and a bispecific antibody are prepared based on the genetic information of the V region. To do. The antibody obtained by the present invention is useful for diagnosis or treatment of diseases related to E-type botulinum infection and botulinum neurotoxin poisoning.
